FOX STONECARPET®; is a decorative stone carpet floor coating system applied by mixing coloured quartz or natural stone aggregates with a transparent binder. With different grain sizes and colour charts it offers unlimited design possibilities.

Stonecarpet 2260 EP is applied at a minimum thickness of 6 mm by mixing 1-2 mm quartz aggregate with the epoxy-based FOX STONECARPET® BINDER EP; its porous structure allows water to drain.

About Stonecarpet 2260 EP

FOX STONECARPET® 2260 EP is an environmentally friendly floor coating system prepared by mixing 1-2 mm quartz aggregates in different colours with the epoxy-based Fox Stonecarpet® Binder, applicable at a minimum thickness of 6 mm, offering fast and easy application and allowing water to drain.

The coating is applied by laying the primer, the pattern profile and the binder-aggregate mixture with a trowel. It can be walked on 24 hours after the application is completed and reaches its final mechanical and chemical strength in 7 days.

Consumption figures are given for ideal ambient and substrate conditions; a site visit by our expert team is recommended before the system solution.

What is the difference between permeable and impermeable systems?

Stonecarpet 2260 EP is a water-permeable system: its porous structure allows rainwater to pass down to the substrate. Impermeable versions, in which the pores are closed with a filler and a top coat, are also available in the family.

Which substrates can it be applied to?

It is applied to concrete at least 28 days old, of minimum class C20 and with a tensile strength above 1.5 N/mm², as well as to asphalt and similar substrates; the moisture content of the concrete must be below 4 %. The surface is prepared with abrasive equipment and repairs are carried out with FOX MORTAR FC188 T.

Can it be used outdoors?

Systems with an epoxy binder are ideal for interiors and areas not directly exposed to UV radiation. For exteriors and areas in direct sunlight, the non-yellowing, UV-resistant PU version is recommended.

When is the coating ready for use?

At 25 °C the surface can be walked on 24 hours after the application is completed; it reaches its final mechanical and chemical strength at the end of 7 days. Lower temperatures extend these periods.

How is it cleaned and maintained?

It is cleaned with neutral detergents or alkaline solutions diluted to a concentration of 5-10 %. A steam cleaner is recommended indoors and pressure washing at a maximum of 170 bar outdoors.

FOX PURATHANE® TOPCOAT WB

A separate policy applies to the processing of the personal data of our employees (including interns and subcontractor employees) whose personal data are processed by our Company. Data subjects other than employees, such as customers, potential customers, visitors, job candidates/interns and the employees, shareholders and officers of the institutions we cooperate with, may also address their requests to our Company under the KVKK.

Our Company processes personal data only for the purposes and under the conditions set out in the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5, paragraph 2 and Article 6, paragraph 3 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION PERIODS FOR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be stored for the retention periods specified in the relevant legislation or for as long as the processing purposes mentioned above require. At the end of this period, the data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised in full compliance with the KVKK. In this context, a Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy and the related procedures have been prepared and are applied.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In order to protect your personal data and to prevent unlawful access to it, our Company takes the necessary administrative and technical measures in line with the Personal Data Security Guide published by the Personal Data Protection Authority, draws up internal procedures, prepares disclosure and explicit consent texts and, pursuant to Article 12/3 of the KVKK, carries out, or has carried out through external services, the audits necessary to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the KVKK.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the following rights concerning themselves by applying to the data controller:
