FOX PURRAZZO DUAL is a polyurethane-based, self-levelling decorative floor coating system that creates rich and vivid colour transitions by mixing two different FOX PURRAZZO SOLE colours (Colored 1 + Colored 2) in place. The layer structure is the same as Sole: PRIMER HB primer, optional BASECOAT intermediate coat, two-colour SOLE coating and TOPCOAT WB clear matt top coat.

Purrazzo Dual is offered in 19 ready-made colour combinations; each combination is a blend of two Sole colours. The colour choice does not change the layer structure.

About Purrazzo Dual

Purrazzo Dual is a polyurethane-based decorative floor coating with rich and vivid colour transitions created by blending two different Purrazzo Sole colours. It is ideal for large and dynamic spaces such as galleries, shopping centres and supermarkets; the harmonious transitions of the colours give every space a unique appearance.

The concrete surface is primed with FOX EPOTHANE® PRIMER HB and broadcast with quartz sand; if necessary the FOX EPOTHANE® BASECOAT intermediate coat is applied. The two FOX PURRAZZO SOLE colours (Colored 1 and Colored 2) are mixed separately and poured onto the surface, then worked into each other with a notched trowel to form the pattern; the air is released with a spiked roller. The cured surface is protected with FOX PURATHANE® TOPCOAT WB clear matt top coat. The technical values belong to the FOX PURRAZZO SOLE product.

Every application is unique depending on the hand workmanship; the combinations on the chart are representative patterns. A site survey with our expert team is recommended before the system solution.

Which floors can it be applied to?

Applied to concrete floors at least 3 weeks old with ≥25 N/mm² compressive and ≥1.5 N/mm² tensile strength; moisture must be ≤4%, the floor temperature at least +10 °C and 3 °C above the dew point. Cement laitance is removed by shot blasting, milling or diamond grinding; repairs are made with FOX EPOTHANE® PRIMER + quartz sand mortar.

Is the Intermediate Coat (FOX EPOTHANE® BASECOAT) mandatory?

No, it is optional; it is applied if there is undulation on the surface or if preferred. For conditions outside the standard, contact technical service for system details.

How is it maintained?

The seamless (jointless) surface does not hold dirt; it is easy to clean, requires minimum maintenance and is simple to repair. After application the coating must be protected from direct water contact for at least 24 hours.

What are the colour options?

Each Purrazzo system is offered with its own colour chart; the desired design can be achieved with different RAL colour options. The colours on the chart may differ from the original colours depending on the printing technique and the ambient light.

Is the pattern the same in every application?

No. Because the two colours are mixed in place, the transitions depend on hand workmanship; the 19 combinations on the chart are representative patterns and every floor is unique.

Can I choose my own colour pair?

Yes. The combinations are created from the colours in the Sole chart; for pairs outside the standard chart, consult our technical team.

FOX EPOTHANE® PRIMER HB is a two-component, solvent-free, low-viscosity transparent epoxy primer set developed for dry and damp concrete and steel surfaces. It is used as a primer under epoxy and polyurethane floor coatings.

Suitable for interior and exterior use.
Can be applied and fully cures below +10°C and up to 100% relative humidity.
Provides good corrosion protection on steel.

FOX EPOTHANE® BASECOAT

FOX EPOTHANE® BASECOAT is a two-component, solvent-free, self-levelling epoxy-based industrial floor coating. With its high chemical and mechanical resistance, it offers a wide range of applications from heavy-traffic areas to hygienic spaces.

A separate policy applies to the processing of the personal data of our employees (including interns and subcontractor employees) whose personal data are processed by our Company. Data subjects other than employees, such as customers, potential customers, visitors, job candidates/interns and the employees, shareholders and officers of the institutions we cooperate with, may also address their requests to our Company under the KVKK.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND TRANSFERRING PERSONAL DATA

Our Company processes personal data only for the purposes and under the conditions set out in the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5, paragraph 2 and Article 6, paragraph 3 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where your Personal Data is processed on the basis of explicit consent, we would like to point out that if you withdraw your explicit consent, you will be removed from the commercial membership programme for which the processing based on that explicit consent is necessary, and that as of the relevant date you will no longer be able to benefit from the advantages you enjoyed through such processing.

RETENTION AND DESTRUCTION PERIODS FOR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be stored for the retention periods specified in the relevant legislation or for as long as the processing purposes mentioned above require. At the end of this period, the data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised in full compliance with the KVKK. In this context, a Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy and the related procedures have been prepared and are applied.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

In order to protect your personal data and to prevent unlawful access to it, our Company takes the necessary administrative and technical measures in line with the Personal Data Security Guide published by the Personal Data Protection Authority, draws up internal procedures, prepares disclosure and explicit consent texts and, pursuant to Article 12/3 of the KVKK, carries out, or has carried out through external services, the audits necessary to ensure the implementation of the provisions of the KVKK.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the following rights concerning themselves by applying to the data controller:
