Product Description
FOX C370 is a cleaning material used for cleaning machines and equipment used in polyurea systems, polyurethane or epoxy resin products. It is effectively used for cleaning machines used in FOX PURMAX® SPRAYTEC series products as well as parts that have come into contact with polyurethane or epoxy resin products.

Application Steps

Switch Off the Machine and Release Pressure
First, the polyurea machine is switched off and the pressure is released.

Disconnect the Component Containers
The A and B component containers used in the application are disconnected from the system.

Connect FOX C370
FOX C370 is connected in place of the A and B component containers that were disconnected from the system.

Flush the Cleaner Through the System
FOX C370 is drawn through both lines to circulate inside the machine. Wait 5–10 minutes to allow complete dissolution of residues within the system.

Gun Cleaning
If the machine supports gun cleaning, FOX C370 is also passed through the gun section. If gun cleaning is not supported, all parts are brushed and soaked in FOX C370.

Protection with DOP Oil
After the cleaning process is complete, DOP oil is circulated through the machine.

Leaving FOX C370 in the system for an extended period may damage seals and sealing elements.

Never allow FOX C370 to come into contact with polyurea resins, as gelation may occur.

Approaching storage and application areas with open flame is dangerous. Storage and application areas must be ventilated.

During application, appropriate work clothing, protective gloves, goggles, and a mask must be worn in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations.

During storage and application, avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Food and beverages must not be brought into application areas. Store out of reach of children.
Important
Store in original unopened packaging, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. For short-term storage, stack no more than 3 pallets high and apply a first-in, first-out dispatch system. For long-term storage, pallets must not be stacked on top of each other.

Once opened, the material should be used as soon as possible.
