Product Description
FOX DOMINO® FILLER FD775 is a cement-based, high-strength, fast-applicable, early-setting joint filler developed specifically for the FOX DOMINO PLUS TERRAZO system. With a cement-mix material structure, the product offers a solid filling profile at a density of 2.2–2.5 g/cm³. A working time of 20–30 minutes and a curing time of 24 hours ensure a rapid application cycle. The surface is walkable after 8 hours. It complies with fire class standard TS EN 13501 A1. It is applied to FOX LYCIA CEMENT TERRAZZO coating by the squeegee method. Available in 20 kg kraft bag packaging.

Surface Preparation
Concrete substrates to be coated must be prepared using abrasive equipment such as shot blasting, milling, or diamond grinding to remove laitance and achieve an open-pored surface. Weak concrete sections must be removed, small voids and holes must be fully opened, and the resulting dust must be cleaned with an industrial vacuum. FOX MORTAR FC188 T repair mortar should be used for substrate repair and filling of voids.

Checking Application Conditions
Surface moisture content must be below 4% (to be tested by CM measurement or oven-drying method). There must be no rising moisture according to ASTM. Relative air humidity must be a maximum of 80%. Floor temperature must be at least +3°C above the dew point.

Mixing
Before starting mixing, ensure that the product temperature is between +20°C and +25°C. 20 kg of FOX DOMINO® FILLER FD775 is mixed with 6.40±0.20 litres of water. Avoid over-mixing to minimise air entrainment.

Application
FOX DOMINO® FILLER FD775 joint filler mix is applied to the cement-based FOX LYCIA CEMENT TERRAZZO coating by the squeegee method.
Critical
Application temperature must be a minimum of +10°C and a maximum of +30°C. Surface, ambient, and material temperatures must all be within this range.

Before starting mixing, ensure that product temperatures are between +20°C and +25°C.

Information
For short-term storage, stack no more than 3 pallets high and dispatch on a first-in, first-out basis. For long-term storage, pallets must not be stacked on top of one another.

Open flames near storage and application areas are dangerous; areas must be ventilated.
Important
During application, appropriate work clothing, protective gloves, goggles, and a mask must be worn in accordance with occupational health and safety regulations.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, wash thoroughly with water and soap. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Food and beverages must not be brought into application areas. Store out of reach of children.
Information
The technical values above are given at +23°C and 50% relative humidity. Higher temperatures shorten the times; lower temperatures extend them.
