Product Description
FOX CS810 is a thinning and cleaning material formulated for use in epoxy and polyurethane-based floor coating systems. It is used for thinning FOX PURFUGA FX145 PEBBLE, FOX EPOTHANE® and FOX PURATHANE® series products; it is also effectively applied for cleaning tools and equipment contaminated with these materials. It is recommended to add FOX CS810 in an amount equal to 1–3% of the package weight of the product being used. Excessive use should be avoided; mixtures with thinner additive have a shorter pot life and must be consumed quickly. The product has a density of 0.87±0.05 g/cm³, is transparent in colour, and has a shelf life of 12 months in its original packaging stored between +5°C and +30°C.

Application Steps

Prepare the Product
Mix the material to be thinned according to the information specified in its own technical documentation.

Add FOX CS810
Add FOX CS810 at a maximum of 3% of the mixed product. Do not exceed the manufacturer's recommendation.

Homogenise
Mix the material thoroughly until it becomes homogeneous.

Apply Quickly
Since mixtures with thinner additive have a shorter pot life, apply and consume the prepared mixture in a short time.

Excessive use of thinner may cause dusting, cracking, and loss of chemical and mechanical resistance.

Store in the original unopened packaging in a cool, dry place, protected from frost. For short-term storage, stack no more than 3 pallets high and apply a first-in, first-out dispatch system. For long-term storage, pallets must not be stacked on top of each other.
