Product Description
FOX EPOTHANE® FILLER TF is an epoxy terrazzo filler specially developed for the FOX ZEUGMA EPOXY TERRAZZO System Matrix. The product is quartz-based and manufactured in white. It is added to FOX EPOTHANE® BASECOAT TERRAZZO at the ratio specified in the system instructions, then added over the aggregates in the terrazzo mixing bowl and mixed until a homogeneous consistency is achieved (30–45 seconds). The concrete surfaces to be applied must have a minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm², a minimum tensile strength of 1.5 N/mm², a moisture content of maximum 4%, and a substrate temperature of minimum +8°C. The product is supplied in 25 kg bag packaging; consumption varies depending on application conditions.

Surface Preparation
The concrete substrates to be applied must be sound and have sufficient compressive strength (at least 25 N/mm²). Tensile strength must be at least 1.5 N/mm², moisture content maximum 4%, and substrate temperature minimum +8°C. Care must be taken to ensure the substrate temperature is at least +3°C above the dew point. The substrate must be clean, dry, and free from all foreign matter such as dirt, oil, grease, coatings, and surface curing compounds.

Mixing
FOX EPOTHANE® FILLER TF is added to FOX EPOTHANE® BASECOAT TERRAZZO at the ratio specified in the FOX ZEUGMA EPOXY TERRAZZO System and mixed. The mixture is then added over the aggregates in the terrazzo mixing bowl and mixed again until homogeneous (30–45 seconds).
