Product Description
FOX DOMINO® AC SEALER FD790 is an acrylic-based protective material used to prevent dusting on all types of concrete floors and to impart a glossy appearance. The product has a liquid acrylic copolymer dispersion structure and, thanks to its water-based formulation and solvent-free composition, is environmentally friendly and safe for users. The glossy film layer it forms on the applied surface also serves as a floor polish; it increases the surface's abrasion resistance and imparts water-repellent properties. The product is ready to use and requires no mixing. FD790, which can be easily applied with a white velvet roller, can be applied in 2 or more coats depending on the surface condition. Drying time at +23°C and 50% relative humidity is 6 hours, and the waiting time before the second coat is 4 hours.

Surface Preparation
If applying to an existing cement-based floor, cracks are repaired and loose particles on the surface are removed. The surface is sanded and swept with an industrial vacuum machine. For a new self-levelling floor coating with no existing cracks, application can proceed directly after sanding.

Checking Application Conditions
It must be confirmed that the surface, material, and ambient temperature are between +5°C and +30°C. The floor moisture content must be a maximum of 4% and relative air humidity a maximum of 80%. Rising moisture must be checked using the ASTM polyethylene sheet test. The floor temperature must be ensured to be at least +3°C above the dew point. For new concrete, a minimum of 28 days of curing must have been completed.

Mixing
FOX DOMINO® AC SEALER FD790 is ready to use; no mixing is required.

Application
The product is applied with a short-pile white velvet roller. The application density should be adjusted according to the condition of the surface. Two or more coats may be applied depending on the surface condition. For the second coat, the first coat must be allowed to dry for at least 4 hours.

Tool Cleaning
Tools and equipment used must be cleaned with solvent after application.

When applying to freshly cast concrete, the concrete must have completed a minimum of 28 days of curing.

The product must be stored in its original unopened packaging, in a cool and dry environment, protected from frost. For short-term storage, a maximum of 3 pallets may be stacked; for long-term storage, pallets must not be stacked on top of each other.
Information
Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored correctly between +5°C and +30°C, away from direct sunlight.

Approaching storage and application areas with open flame is dangerous. Areas must be ventilated.

Appropriate work clothing, protective gloves, goggles, and a mask must be worn during application.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes; in case of contact, wash thoroughly with plenty of water and soap. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

Food and beverages must not be brought into application areas. Store out of reach of children.
