Product Description
FOX CLEANER INTENSE FR530 is an intensive cleaning product formulated with an inorganic acid base in an acidic detergent structure. It contains no ozone, solvents, heavy toxic metals or chromates. It penetrates deeply into the pores of concrete and mortar surfaces to effectively remove cement slurry, lime, mould, algae and bacterial deposits. Its ready-to-use formula allows direct application; dilution with water at a 1:1 ratio is recommended for sensitive or lightly soiled surfaces. After spraying onto the surface, scrub with a stiff-bristle brush after 5 minutes and rinse with water. Application temperature is between +5°C and +30°C.

Surface Preparation
Care should be taken to ensure the surface is dry. A trial application should be carried out on a small area before applying to soft and sensitive surfaces; care must be taken to avoid excessive contact of the product with cement-based grout fillings.

Dilution
FOX CLEANER INTENSE FR530 is a ready-to-use material. For sensitive surfaces where there is a risk of colour fading and for lightly soiled surfaces, dilution with water at a 1:1 ratio is recommended.

Application
Spray the product onto the surface. After waiting 5 minutes, scrub with a stiff-bristle brush. The process can be repeated several times on heavily soiled surfaces.

Rinsing
Surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with plenty of water before the product is allowed to dry.

Application temperature must be between +5°C and +30°C. Application outside this range must not be carried out.

Store in the original unopened packaging in a cool, dry place, protected from frost. For short-term storage, stack no more than 3 pallets high. For long-term storage, pallets must not be stacked on top of each other.

When stored at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, between +5°C and +30°C, the shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.

It is dangerous to approach storage and application areas with open flames; these areas must be adequately ventilated.

Work clothing, protective gloves, goggles and a mask must be worn during application.

Avoid contact with skin and eyes; in case of contact, wash immediately with plenty of water and soap. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
