Spraytec is a seamless waterproofing system in which the liquid membrane is sprayed with special equipment and cures within seconds. Because it bonds fully to the substrate, water cannot travel laterally in the event of damage, so the leak point is found directly. The choice of chemistry and layer thickness determines the elongation capability and the area of use.

Product Description
Spraytec builds a continuous membrane on surfaces with complex geometry and around details without any joints. Spray application continues uninterrupted onto vertical surfaces and pipes; thanks to the short curing time, work can continue on top of it the same day.
Key Benefits
- High mechanical and chemical resistance
- Easy to clean, dust-free surface
- Long lasting and easy to maintain
- Can be applied in different colour options
Advantages
- Can be applied on horizontal and vertical surfaces.
- Provides an easy solution at difficult details.
- Provides a single-piece application. There are no joints or overlap details.
- Provides excellent adhesion.
- Has excellent chemical resistance.
- Has excellent mechanical strength.
- Has high puncture resistance.
- It is flexible and resistant to abrasion.
- Has crack bridging capability.
- Adheres excellently to almost all surfaces. (concrete, steel, aluminium, fibre, wood, foam, etc.),
- It is hydrophobic (water-repellent).
- Liquid-tight, can be used in permanent contact with water.
- 100 % solids, contains no VOC or solvent.
- Has excellent thermal resistance, the product never softens again and retains its elasticity at low temperatures.

Application Steps
- 1
Surface Preparation
The floor is opened up by milling or shot blasting; dust, oil and loose particles are completely removed.
- 2
Primer
A primer suited to the surface moisture is selected; quartz sand is broadcast onto the fresh primer.
- 3
Intermediate Layers
Depending on the type of system, waterproofing and/or a wearing layer is applied.
- 4
Top Coat
The top coat is applied in the selected colour and left to cure in a dust-free environment.
Which surfaces can the system be applied to?
It is applied to sound, load-bearing floors with sufficient surface tensile strength. The surface moisture must not exceed 4%.
When can it be put into use after application?
It can be opened to light use 24 hours after the top coat application and to full load after 7 days.
Can it be applied over an existing coating?
If the adhesion and strength of the existing coating are sufficient, it can be applied after surface preparation.
The surface moisture must not exceed 4%. At high moisture levels the primer adhesion drops and blistering occurs.
Application must not be carried out without observing the waiting times between coats.
Slight shade variations may occur between different production batches; using a single batch in the same area is recommended.
